John M. Hugg 

John focuses his practice on business and estate planning.  He graduated from Seattle University School of Law where he was a member of the school’s Law Review, and he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.  Prior to joining Avantlaw, John practiced in Seattle where he assisted clients with numerous business transactions, contractual matters, employment matters, bankruptcy, real estate and estate planning.

David's practice is centered around business and technology.  He graduated from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, and obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
